Recognizing the overwhelming demand for computer engineering education, the Institute started the 4 year B.Tech course in Computer Science and Engineering in 2008 with an intake of 60 and M.Tech (CSE) Programme M.Tech - 18 approved by AICTE.Now the current intake for the Branch is 90.

The students are fecilitated with sufficient number of computers with the latest LAN/WAN configuration. Networked with Hi-end servers. Fiber Optic Network Backbone for connectivity providing users access to the Reliance 4Mbps & BSNL 10 Mbps VPN broad band facilities. The computer laboratory has systems with latest configuration. It has a LAN environment operating Windows XP and Linux. All the two environments are connected and operating with TCP/IP Protocol. All language processors needed by the undergraduate curriculum are supported by Netware, Windows and Linux environments. With the objective of being responsive to industry's needs, the course goes beyond fulfilling the syllabus requirements of the University and offers students opportunities to work on the different hardware and software platforms prevalent in industry.

Dr B.Bangar Naidu, Assoc. Professor in Computer Science & Engineering, having 13 years teaching experience, has been graduated from JNTUH & P.G from Andhra University.Qualified in GATE & APSET.Ratified from JNTUK
